Day 4 - Book you hate

Wuthering Heights, and pretty much any other period drama-type, tbh. On the first day of a A-Level English I was handed this book. I switched to biology that break time and never looked back.

A special mention also has to go to that BookAboutTheRabbitsThatShallNotBeNamed. An awful, awful book, but trumped by the awful, terrible, traumatising film, so the book can't take the blame.

I also can't stand Wuthering Heights. Thankfully, I never had to study it - the one time reading it was quite enough thanks.

I have had to just buy a copy though for work - we needed it to go in a case that was literature inspired but the moors. Most annoying, but at least the one I found had an illustration of 'Wuthering Heights' in which matched the photo of Top Within's we had in the archives.

I don't admit to this dislike of WH however when I'm wandering around Haworth, as I think it might get me lynched...
