is there anything more powerful than being God of Gods?

Because Hoggy would be it.

I've actually run out of superlatives. And that's even without having to waste any on the rest of the bowlers.

Does Hoggy worship conflict with the Small Ginger Batting God religion, or can we be dedicated to both at the same time?

I think it's okay to worship both. They all essentially come under the same umbrella.

I'm not ruling out a Church of England type split sometime in the future though.

You think there might be a schism of some kind?

At some point, the more fervent believers in Hoggy (who follow the divine laws of Dicking About At Every Opportunity to the letter) and going to come into conflict with the more puritan element of The Small Ginger Batting God followers (who practice very hard and believe that anyone who doesn't is Not Taking Things Seriously Enough).

It's going to be a nasty split.

There will be wars. And building chapels opposite each other so old women with opposing views can glower at each other on Sunday mornings.

It'll be especially hard for those of us who heartily approve of Dicking About At Every Opportunity as a lifestyle, but still hold a belief in the overall prowess of Small Ginger Batsmen.

It will split families and feuds will continue through the ages.

As always, the moderate believers can accomodate both schools of thought as The Book of Fletcher quite clearly states.
