I feel all lost and lonely....

BT are still being incompetent. I have run out of energy and synonyms as far as they are concerned.

What's more, I have been banned from using the internet at work. That's the last time I work through my lunch hour, come in early, stay late or do extra work over the weekend. Then they'll see if I've been wasting time.

So I feel all lost and I can't talk to any of my friends, and *I want an internet connection*
