Update and Fic...

I've had a rather stressful week: My minion has gone completely nuts, to the point that special meetings have been called to discuss said minion's nuttiness; I have been insulted and patronised by a medical receptionist; and my doctor is attaching me to a machine for 24 hours because she can't tell what's wrong with me, (it could, however, be an elaborate punishment for being rude to the receptionist.)

So, I'm off to spend the weekend standing in mud, uprooting trees, digging ponds and getting infected with the countryside.

On the plus side, there is cause for joy (although probably only for me), as I managed to get my muse working again. Working in a new fandom no less! (Stargate:Atlantis) and it's not porn! Yay for branching out...

(Although, it should be noted that it's about scientists being all clever, and therefore counts as porn to me.)
