The DVD I would send wouldn't be region-encoded. That's something that the manufacturers put on to stop people buying DVDs that aren't available in their region. It's somewhat useless as lots of people have multi-region players (including me, but I get annoyed since my computer DVD drive is region-locked, so I can't take screencaps from my own DVDs since I can't play them.
I'll make CDs though, since I can do them on my own computer. Does Di need a copy too? Anyone else?
