I have mental images now of Rodney optimizing his insults for maximum lip-reading clarity- because someone needs to KNOW if he's telling them they're stupid, or just misguided. *g*
I expect the biggest problem they'd have with lipreading (long term) is speed. Rodney in full-rant would be rather difficult to keep up with. :)
(And now I'm going to go gleefully amuse myself with picturing the look on Rodney's face when someone's trying to lipread him and gets it completely wrong. The one that says 'and WHY would I say something as ridiculous as 'the tazmanian devil swims in the pale green moonlight', hmm? how stupid can you POSSIBLY BE?' *g*)
