cheerfulness is overrated

Hm, I think it's funny that you're apparently an introvert (yes, apparently), but still open to experience. I guess that's only if the experience comes to your house, huh? *g* I'm a little like that some days.

Cheerfulness is highly overrated. I wouldn't worry. Most mornings it's the cheerful people I want to hit with something large and heavy, so it's probably better to be neurotic.

Yes, I'm only open to new experiences if someone I know very well comes with me, and I don't have to talk to people.... Actually, that's very true.

I have a feeling the 'open to new experiences' comes from the fact I ticked all the 'likes fantasy' boxes.....Hmmm, maybe I misunderstood the question.

Cheerful people are the problem in my opinion, without cheerful people I wouldn't have to be all cynical and moan all the time.

I never know how to answer these things.

I *do* get angry easily, but only when I'm faced with provocation and stupid people, and there isn't an option for that. The rest of the time I'm perfectly calm.

The key is to go with the first answer that comes into your head after you read the question. It's what they instruct you to do when you sit psychometric tests and they want to see if you're a psychopath. Of course, a psychopath with any sense would just answer the opposite to what first came into their head.

I tend to have a lot of 'slightly' answers - to me that means 'yes but with exceptions for stupid people'.

If you think about it, that makes sense, because if you're absolute about something then it's going to be a major feature of your personality, if you have reservations then you're not as much of that thing as you like to think you are.

I'm apparantly absolutely unsocial, distrustful of others, and motivated to achieve my goals - Which is true and also a firm grounding for a future as a psychopath

Mine makes me seem like an argumentitive, delusional sociopath. I think you got off easy, lol. This test clearly rates neuroticism way too high, everyone seems to score high in that area! I think you are far more cheerful and friendly than it rates you :)

Honestly, I'm probably not....

We do have to consider the option that maybe everyone who has an LJ account is just exteremly neurotic.
