1. Would you rather have, a fun job that doesn't pay well or a boring job that does? A fun job that doesn't pay well. No amount of money would make the working hours go faster.
2. Would you sacrifice your morals for a job? No. My Morals have cost me quite a few jobs.
3. Would you ever take a job that requires you to be in costume? If you count a short skirt and a bowtie, then I have done.
4. What is your fantasy job? Following cricketers around with hot towels and coconut oil.
5. Would you like fries with that? Always.
***
1. If you were a crayon, which colour would you want to be? purple
2. Which colour do you think you would be regardless of what you wanted? orange
3. Would you rather be used and get blunt, broken and lose your wrapper, or not be used and stay pristine? be used, otherwise what's the point?
4. Would you rather be in a small set of crayons or a large set? a small set – they're more likely to have to use the orange then.
5. Would you rather be Crayola, or a different brand? are there other brands?

1) If you had to move 100 miles or more to the north, east, west, or south, which would you choose, where would you end up, and what's so great about there? 100 miles east would put me in Canterbury. I cannot put my finger on why I've fallen in love with Canterbury as much as I have – it's not just the cricket, however much it might seem that way. It's the first place I've felt comfortable in for a long time.
2) Do you have a favourite stretch of highway or byway for driving, touring, or wandering? The first part of the M2, as it goes across the river and past the power station. It has a coming home feel about it that only happens once in a while, and I have no idea why, because I'm not coming home. Also, the A39 towards Widemouth Bay.
3) Are you happier to start a trip or return home? Starting a trip. I love train stations, airports, anywhere where there's lots of potential.
4) Plane, train, automobile, bicycle, or foot? Train
5) Do you overplan or underplan your travels? (Assume that "no" is not a valid answer.) Mostly I overplan, just because I'm like that.
***
1. If you could pick your own theme song, what would it be? Philosophy by Ben Folds Five.
2. Now be honest...if others had to pick a song that described you, what would they
choose? Are there many songs about being slightly unbalanced?
3. What song would be/was the first dance at your wedding? There wouldn’t be a dancing thing at my wedding, but Talk Tonight by Oasis and Wake up Sleeping by The Saw Doctors would be played at some point.
4. What song gets stuck in your head most often? "Cars" by one of those bands that all sound the same.
5. What song would you want played at your funeral? Slide Away by Oasis.

1. How many places have you lived in your life? 5 places: Bucks (Amersham, Chesham Bois, Aylesbury), Liverpool and Reading. 11 houses in those places: St Leonard's Road - Chesham Bois; Darlington Close – Amersham; Carnatic Road - Liverpool; Beaconsfield Street – Liverpool; Croxteth Road – Liverpool (yes, where the kid got shot) ; Claremont Road – Liverpool; Dee Road – Reading; Princes Avenue – Reading; Milton Lawns – Chesham Bois; Boulters Court – Amersham; Hilda Wharf – Aylesbury.
2. Which was your favourite and why and what street was it on? I loved Dee Road, but that's because I was living with Angie, my one true flatmate. Until her idiot of a boyfriend ruined it all. I have fantastic memories of all my Liverpool houses, but I also have some pretty crappy memories too. Of the four I'd pick Beaconsfield Street. Where I am now gets points for having a cat.
3. If you could live anywhere for the rest of your life, where would it be? I honestly don't know. Not here, but there's never really been anywhere I felt I belonged, so I see myself moving around with my cats for most of my life.
4. What would your ideal home have? A Cat, a comfortable sofa, Sky (not Virgin Media), a half hour walk to a cricket ground, a half hour walk to the sea.
5. Can you describe your current house? A Cat, an uncomfortable sofa, an untidy office, piles of washing up.

If you knew you were going to die on at specific day at a specific time, what's the last...
1. song you would listen to? Slide Away by Oasis.
2. book you would read? An Act of terror by Andre Brink
3. person you would talk to? My mother
4. food you would eat? A huge jar of nutella chocolate spread
5. goal you would accomplish? Feed the cat.
And yes, I know that's six.
