Not much to say recently...

I still haven't got much to say, but I felt I ought to post anyway. Life is ticking away steadily at the moment, and apart from some looming job applications I am free from commitments. Now I've said that something awful or disrupting is bound to happen, but you have to appreciate these times when they happen.

I went to see Lost In Translation, which was marvellous. Lovely in fact, and refreshingly innocent. I ate pick and mix and thought longingly of the music they used to play over the Odeon Cinema advert between the adverts and trailers, I never did manage to get a copy of it.

I'm not thinking about how long it is to 'Shattered'. It's too long.

Lost in Translation

It was fantastic, wasn't it? I was glad to find out that it's got 4 Oscar nominations (best picture, best director, best original screenplay and best actor in Bill Murray). I'm probably the champion of The Virgin Suicides but trust me, if you liked Lost In Translation you'll like it too, Sofia Coppola is a wonderful director.
