Date: 2004-03-05 01:42 pm (UTC)It was amazing and incredibly disturbing. I just wanted to wrap Lex in a blanket and tell him everything was going to be okay.. They're not allowed to hurt my Lex!
It only confirmed my anger at Clark for being weak and a bastard of a friend (please please tell me he does something to redeem himself soon, so I can have my clex back). It also made me want to commit GBH on Jonathan and even Martha.
Lex was so incredibly strong, and it was so good to see all the little bits of strength and character we've seen so far come together when he was pleading/bargaining/fighting/escaping/turning on his father. And yet at the same time he was loyal to Clark, despite the fact Clark had denied him so many times.
Damn it! now I'm talking about it, I've got to go watch it again..... *shudders at thought of ECT scene*
