indian_skimmer has gone! Abandoning me to the wiles of the internet with only my wits, charm and natural grace to help me survive.

Things could go wrong quite quickly...

Stuff I plan to do


1) Read the nine books I have sitting on the bedside table.
2) Write something. I have fluffy SGA fic and the Big Scary Stargate Crossover Fic taunting me from my hard drive.
3) Go on holiday with fringedweller and heatherbelles!
4) Get ridiculously excited about Atlantis starting
5) Buy some hair curlers. indian_skimmer hasn't prevented me from doing that one, but it still needs to be done.
6) Play my guitar, because I haven't done for ages.
7) Not have any kind of nervous breakdown as a result of English Cricket.
8) Be wonderfully astonished by English Cricket when we thrash Pakistan 4-0 thanks to some stand out performances from Geraint, Andrew Strauss and Sajid Mahmood.
9) Not send explosives to the BBC or Michael Henderson from the Telegraph.

I know you're all still around but 'wits, charm, natural grace and lots of other people to talk to' didn't sound quite as good.

I don't think I meant rollers, I meant those...*struggles for girl knowledge*...curling tongs?

If you're going to get curling tongs, get the ones that are powered by gas cartridge. Much easier to use because you can move around and not have to worry how long the cord is.
