(please note, at one point in promising this post toindian_skimmer I confused the term ‘dubious sexual practices’ with ‘dubious sexual politics’. I would like to emphasise that I am firmly in favour of dubious sexual practices, particularly in relation to gods and/or men with swords. It is the dubious sexual politics I am addressing here.)
